Not Damaging Your Hair During Summers or Hot Season
It’s a shame to miss out on all the enjoyment you can have during summer just because you are afraid of putting stress on your hair follicles and hurting the chances of growing healthy hair. Unfortunately, summer is also an example of the most energy draining events for your hair because the weather has a tendency to dry it out and damage it; this is something that could be quite serious especially for men who are already at risk of premature hair loss. You’ll observe that a number of people look at hair as something that can tell the overall physical health and that’s not entirely off the mark because people who are healthy also have healthy-looking hair.
During hot seasons, the sun shines more harmfully than it commonly does; the fact that people tend to want to do to the beach to work on their tan doesn’t make it easier on your scalp. Safeguarding your head with hats, caps, or anything else traps the heat inside and makes it more difficult for the pores on your scalp to breathe; it also cuts off the circulation of blood on your scalp so that your hair follicles receive minimal vitamins than it needs to stay healthy. Carry an umbrella with you to make sure that your head is not exposed to direct sunlight; hats are okay but in some cases they have the capacity to block blood circulation to your follicles especially when they’re a tight fit on your head.
Prevent using hot water when you wash and while you shampoo your hair because this makes your hair more sensitive; wet hair is weaker and more vulnerable but hair washed in hot water could be damaged more easily. Don’t use too much hair products when you try to style your hair because this would oftentimes boost the production of bacteria and grime on your scalp. Heat-damaged hair looks very dry and undernourished; it usually has a lot of split ends, it lacks shine and also breaks of gets plucked out easily.
Drinking Provillus and other hair health supplements can also be a good idea, especially if your inclined to take vacations on many beach barbecues or luaus during the summer. Provillus is a very effective product that stops DHT or dihydrotestosterone which interrupts the normal hair growth process. You can use this as well or you can purchase vitamins and nutrients from natural sources provided that you have the idea where to but them. Vitamin C is essential because it aids in the creation of collagen which assists in slowing down the aging process of your body; an added benefit to your hair is that your hair follicles are kept healthy and stimulated to produce better-looking hair strands.
It’s also better if you can avoid dandruff from forming on your scalp; dandruff is quite usual during summer time probably because more people suffer from irritated scalp because of the temperature. Make sure you scalp is hygienic through cleansing with water and mild shampoo; at times you can also rinse with antidandruff shampoo. You can make use lukewarm water to cleanse your hair alternately so as not to rid your hair of moisture; you can also use leave-on conditioners to keep the moisture locked in as long as you wash it off properly when you shower.
is there a easy way to strip old flaky paint off my house?

The best & easiest way is to use a pressure washer w/ atleast 2400 psi. You'll still need to do a little scraping but usually the pressure washer takes it all off. Just use cold water only...
5 most disgusting toys of the '80s (local6)
There were certainly some top-shelf toys over the years. But while Star Wars
toys and Rubik's Cubes are the ones that'll be in the Smithsonian or buried in
time capsules, there were a ton of well-loved toys that may have been the
second stringers, but were awesome nonetheless. Best of all -- the toy makers
used revolt and disgust as their muses. And for some reason -- no matter how
gross they were -- moms actually allowed them. In fact, you could see moms in
the commercials seemingly endorsing them. While little Billy made his own
concoction with the Vomitorium, mom would usually come in his room and make
that "Oh, Billy..." look while she rolled her eyes, put his dirty clothes in a
basket, and then walked out. Disgusting toys seemed to hit their peak in the
1980s, but they are timeless in their appeal. Just like these five ... No. 5:
Madballs Madballs were soft, squishy foam rubber balls that were sculpted to
look like monster heads. But they weren't just any monster heads. They may
have eye patches, scars, bandages, seeping pus -- you name it. They sported
names like "Foul ...
